What if I need something quickly?

My ability to get items delivered to you depends upon a few different factors.  But, send an email and we can discuss your needs and your location and when the absolute earliest you might receive it.  It is my goal to help make your shopping experience easier, so don't hesitate to drop a line at jill@babygiftsandgoodies.com

How long will it take to get my order?

Orders are typically shipped out the next day and arrive depending upon your chosen shipping option.  Baby Gifts and Goodies gives you a choice between USPS and UPS as methods of shipping.  You will recieve an email confirmation when your item has been shipped.  Embroidered items add 2-3 days to delivery.

What if I misspell something on an embroidered item?

I am sorry that I cannot be responsible for misspelled items.  I will embroider them to the exact specifications and spelling that you provide in your order.  This is pretty standard for personalized items.  Case in point, I am the not so proud owner of a canvas print with the word family spelled with two L's because I was ordering online with two toddlers tugging at me and I did not realize my error.  A mortifying error due to the fact that I am a spelling nerd.

What if an item is listed as out of stock?

Well, that's not something that I am aiming for, but sometimes it happens.  If you encounter this situation, first, I'm super sorry.  I don't like it when I try to buy something on a website and it's not available.  Second, send me an email to jill@babygiftsandgoodies.com and I will give you an idea when I expect the item back in stock.
